Shipping

We ship nationwide across South Africa via courier. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for major centres and 3–7 business days for outlying areas. Free shipping applies to orders over R1,000; a flat rate applies below that threshold.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Opened skincare items can only be returned if defective on arrival.
